Pickup & Delivery

1. What is your delivery schedule?

Orders placed before 8 p.m. will be dispatched within two working days. We offer a next-day delivery service, to make sure your newfound favorites arrive at your doorstep fresh and secure. 

2. Can I collect my order on the same day if I choose the pickup service?

While we can't guarantee same-day collection since our treats come to life through custom orders, you'll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready.

3. Do I need to be at home to accept my order?

Yes. To preserve the freshness of our products, we kindly request that someone be available at home to accept the delivery. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries.

4. What if I miss my collection slot?

If the order is not collected during the collection slot, we regret that we will have to discard it. Unfortunately, no replacement or refund can be provided in such cases.

1. Do you offer vegan options?

Sorry, but currently we do not offer vegan options.

 

2. Do you have allergen list?

All our kitchens handle all the main allergens of dairy, nuts, peanuts, cereals containing gluten, egg, sesame, mustard, fish, celery, molluscs, crustaceans and soya. Please ask before placing order.
